Our reserve Pinot Noir is made up of only two barrels of our 2014 vintage; truly embodying the 2014 vintage in bottle. On the nose, this elegant, yet bold Pinot Noir exudes delicate violet and rose petal, with a touch of cinnamon. The palate leads with cranberry and black cherry, fading to rich notes of truffle and mushroom. Cellaring is appropriate, if not encouraged for this wine, although opening the bottle will be a celebration all its own.
