A traditionally made sparkling wine, our Cuvée Blanc is made from 100% Estate Pinot Gris. Fragrant with aromas reminiscent of apples and pears, the bouquet. The palate is flavorful and echoes notes of pear and a mid-palate of citrus, green apple and pear.
