Made from 100% Estate fruit, this Yamhill-Carlton AVA wine is fresh and citrusy with a refreshing mouthfeel and tart zippiness that makes us think of key lime. The influence of our Willakenzie Loam soil is evident on the finsih and provides a perfect anchor to this wine. Fresh salads, sushi, seared tuna, or even chicken tacos will be a match made in heaven for this newest Estate Pinot Gris. As with our Rosé of Pinot Noir and Estate Chardonnay, we love to compare different vintages of our Estate Pinot Gris, as the influence climate has in the end result of wine is so evident.
