A traditionally made sparkling wine, our Blanc de Blancs is made from 100% Chardonnay. Fragrant with aromas reminiscent of apples and pears, the bouquet of our Blanc de Blancs also boasts a light toasted note. The palate is flavorful and echoes notes of pear and a mid-palate of limoncello and citrus, and ends with just a hint of Granny Smith apple.
