Details: This is a semi-formal, 7 course and 8 wine dinner that focuses on the nuances and beauty of food and wine pairing. The amazing list of featured wines (including rare Library selections) along with the menu is always kept secret until guests arrive for the evening. The winery doors open promptly at 6:30pm with wine and the amusé. If you are purchasing tickets and would like to be seated with another party, let us know the name of the other party in the order notes.
